ORANGE WINE (SKIN-CONTACT WINE)

A dry white wine made by maceration using an age-old process originating in the Caucasus and reinterpreted in our cellars. Notes of roasted coffee, tobacco, citrus fruit and mountain flowers. The palate is well-structured with fine bitters. Ideal as an aperitif with olive tapenade, grilled fish or Comté cheese.
ROSE DE LOIRE
100% Gamay
A dry, fruity, delicious rosé balanced by a lovely freshness. Enjoy it as an aperitif.
CABERNET D’ANJOU
100% Cabernet Franc
A fresh, fruity rosé with hints of strawberries. The sweetness is balanced by the Cabernet Franc tannins. Ideal as an aperitif or with sweet and sour dishes.

Red and black fruits, round and delicious on the palate, this red wine is a pleasure to drink and goes equally well with cold meats, puff pastries and delicious pizza. Simple or elaborate cuisine, this wine makes pairing easy!

A powerful, slender, juicy wine, matured in clay amphorae and wooden casks, with the fine maturity and freshness of Cabernet on schist. It is a perfect accompaniment to red meats, dishes cooked in sauce or certain cheeses.

A sweet white wine with notes of apple, rhubarb and ripe pear. A full-bodied palate balanced by fine acidity. Pair with a gizzard salad, blue cheeses or an apricot or rhubarb tart.

Chaume’s unique terroir is the perfect combination of concentrated aromas (apricots, pineapple) and a fresh finish. Exceptional with blue cheeses or tarte tatin.
SAVENNIERES
100% Chenin
In some exceptional vintages, the botrytised grapes are left in the vines during the harvest of our Savennières ‘Sec’. At the end of the harvest, nature gives us grapes of a rare concentration, combined with the minerality of Clos des Perrières. A barrel was produced and matured for 36 months (300 bottles) to accompany and reveal the full potential of this wine. Ideal with goose or duck foie gras, poultry, blue-veined cheeses or a pear charlotte.
